Managing Director | ELA

Anne is the Managing Director of ELA Curriculum and the author of the Literature and Science and Social Studies curriculum for grades K-5. She began her career in education through Teach for America South Louisiana where she fell in love with teaching. She taught elementary school for 8 years in both public and charter schools in Louisiana, Texas, and Massachusetts before joining the Fishtank team. She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and a Master’s degree in school leadership from Louisiana State University. Outside of work, Anne enjoys reading, exercising and traveling.

Curriculum Director | ELA 6-8

Ms. Gambell is the middle school Curriculum Director for English Language Arts. Ms. Gambell grew up in New Haven, CT. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in gender and women’s studies from Pomona College and a Master’s degree in English literature from Middlebury College. Ms. Gambell began her career at Achievement First's Amistad Academy teaching 7th grade English, and later taught 8th grade English at KIPP New Jersey’s Rise Academy. Most recently she was the Middle School Literacy Curriculum Director for KIPP New Jersey. Ms. Gambell enjoys hiking with her dog in the Green Mountains of Vermont.

Managing Director | Math

Ms. Therrien Wells is the middle school Math Curriculum Director at Match. She began her career at Roxbury Preparatory Charter School, where she served for 10 years teaching 8th grade math and 5th grade special education. Prior to joining Match, Ms. Therrien Wells also worked at the Achievement Network as the managing director of the math assessment team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Rochester, and a Master’s degree in teaching from Tufts University. She enjoys corny math jokes and spending time outdoors with her family.

Curriculum Associate | Math

Ms. Gasaway is the Curriculum Associate for Mathematics. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology with research and business certificates from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master’s in Effective Teaching from the Sposato Graduate School of Education. She started her teaching career at Neighborhood House Charter School, spending five years teaching 8th grade math and one year teaching 6th grade math. Ms. Gasaway enjoys backpacking and wants to go to all the national parks.

Curriculum Director | ELA K-5

Ms. Roth is the ELA Curriculum Director for grades K-5. Ms. Roth comes from Match Community Day School, where she taught second grade for five years. She also served as a grade-level lead and an instructional coach for the Sposato Graduate School of Education. Before that, Ms. Roth taught first grade in Brooklyn with Uncommon Schools for three years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Brown University. Ms. Roth loves reading, yoga, and spending time with her family on Cape Cod.

Curriculum Director | Math K-5

Ms. Britton is the elementary school Curriculum Director for Mathematics. Ms. Britton began her career in education through Teach For America Massachusetts, where she taught 7th and 8th grade mathematics. She then joined the staff at Teach For America as a manager of teacher leadership development, supporting and coaching their new math teachers of all grade levels. She has a Bachelor's degree in mathematics from Union College and a Master's degree in curriculum and teaching from Boston University. Ms. Britton enjoys all things food - cooking and trying out new restaurants and cuisines.

Product Manager

Ms. Annunziata is from Westchester County, New York. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Boston College, where she became passionate about equal and innovative education. Prior to joining the Match Export team, she was a member of Match Corps XIII at Match Community Day. Outside of work, Ms. Annunziata loves spending time with her family, running, and reading about education.

Director of Digital Marketing

Prior to joining Match Export, Ms. Beatty was the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager at Boston Ballet, where she managed a broad portfolio of audience development and retention initiatives. She is a former opera singer, with degrees from The Boston Conservatory and University of Colorado, Boulder. Outside of work, Ms. Beatty enjoys reading, podcasts, and exploring new corners of Boston.

Full Stack Developer

Prior to joining Match Export, Mr. Mallon worked as the Assistant Director of Digital Strategy for Facing History and Ourselves, working to develop their digital products and to scale their program delivery. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mallon worked as a small donor fundraiser and political campaign recruiter. He holds a B.A. in History from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Executive Director

Prior to joining Match, Ms. Kaplan was a Vice President at the National Center on Time and Learning where she led the organization's knowledge management and dissemination work and developed materials and tools to support effective school redesign. She has produced numerous reports and videos on effective school practices. Ms. Kaplan holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Princeton University and a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.

Director of Digital Media

Mr. Trudeau writes, films, produces, and manages all of Match's digital media content. Prior to his current position, he joined Match Corps III in 2006 and served for three years as Director of Match Corps Recruiting. A graduate of the Match Teacher Residency, he taught English and Creative Writing for three years at KIPP: King Collegiate in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Trudeau holds a degree in English Literature from Brown University.

Zachary Seek

Project Coordinator

Mr. Seek is a Project Coordinator at Match Export, working primarily on math curriculum. He recently graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Sciences. During his time at UVM he developed the position of Lead Tutor, piloted the student-to-student advisory program, and represented the student body on the Educational Advisory Board. After graduating he spent six months working as an Academic Coach at Mansfield Hall, a residential program for students with learning differences. In his spare time he enjoys watching football (go Pats), rock climbing, and spending time with his friends.
