  • Describe a desert habitat.

  • Model fluent reading of text features. Say: “The heading on this page says Desert Weather. I know headings tell us what the section will be mostly about, so I know that I will learn more about the weather in the desert on these two pages.” (After reading) What did we learn in this section?
