Use the Reading A-Z food label project as a guide for this lesson, but also bring in lots of other labels from common things that students might eat to help them see the differences in different foods. Make sure to push students to notice the things that they have learned about over the past few days (carbohydrates, calories, fat, sugar, etc.).
